Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 5-12 business days, depending on location.
- Carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, email info@myscandinavianlighting.com. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the item.
Cancellations & Order Changes
- Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this, processing may have started.
- If your order has already shipped, you may return it after delivery.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@myscandinavianlighting.com, and we will resolve it promptly.
If your package has not arrived within 60 business days, you may request a refund. We do not refund orders with incorrect shipping addresses.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies if:
- The package is refused upon delivery.
- The item is not collected from customs.
- The order is already in transit when canceled.
Warranty
All My Scandinavian Lighting products include a two-year limited warranty. Issues must be reported within 2 months of delivery. Refunds are not issued after this period, but we may offer replacements or repairs.
