FROM WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP?
My Scandinavian Lighting is a Dutch company that partners with various vendors across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our primary warehouse is located in Guangdong Province, near Hong Kong, where most of our orders are shipped from. For US customers, we also carry inventory in our US warehouse for select items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched 1-3 days later, depending on current workload.

Our FREE Premium Shipping typically takes 15-30 business days from dispatch (note that business days do not include weekends and holidays).
For faster delivery, we also offer FREE Worldwide EXPRESS Premium Shipping and local shipping from our US warehouse for some stocked items:

WILL THERE BE DUTIES/TAXES ON MY PACKAGE?
Each country reserves the right to charge taxes on imported goods, which is beyond our control. Customers are 100% responsible for any taxes, duties, or tariffs applied by their local customs.
These charges are not included in the shipping fees and are levied by your country’s customs department.

If taxes or duties are not paid, the package may be held or even destroyed by customs, and My Scandinavian Lighting will not be able to process a refund under such circumstances.
